Biography - Catherine E. Carmody

CATHY CARMODY co-created Carmody, Clark & Associates (CCA) in 1995, drawn by a strong commitment to support the development of individuals and teams in ways that would open up a new and deeper level of consciousness and a changing of beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. She believes that if leaders focus on deepening their self-awareness, if followers focus on being courageous, and ask for what they need, and, if all individuals find their unique formula for being true to themselves, a speedier evolution of workplace integrity will occur.

Cathy has a deep passion for supporting the evolution of individuals - particularly women. She believes that women executives who trust their inner selves, and learn to act on that knowledge, hold the key to a more evolved and successful workplace of the future. By working with these leaders - individually - and in collaboration with their management teams in an ongoing search for excellence outside the status quo of prevailing workplace cultures, workplaces with integrity will flourish.

Working within the context of a WEL-Systems® approach, which uses leading edge thinking from the new science (quantum) perspective, Cathy brings fresh and provocative concepts and questions to bear around issues of evolution and growth for all individuals, as well as a unique context and for women's leadership development.
