ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATIONThe one thing you can rely on within organizations these days is change. Our belief is that the only way to deal with change successfully is to be prepared. This means ensuring each individual in the organization (for change truly begins at the level of the individual) is prepared with new insights, knowledge and skills that support them in building a strong foundation upon which to live with turbulence and chaos. We believe strongly that everyone needs to be involved in the change process. Engaged individuals will work in very spirited ways to achieve necessary and fundamental changes with astonishing results. We provide a broad range of advice on organizational change, workplace innovation and concepts that will build respectful and healthy workplace environments and heal workplace conflicts. Working with WEL-Systems® (Work Environments as Living Systems) as the body of knowledge (or world view) that informs the development of content around the organizational change/development effort, and with Genuine Contact™ to inform many of the processes, we work hand-in-hand with individuals inside the organization. We act as "enablers" to the birth of new thinking and new beliefs about how the organizations, and leaders within the organization, will move ahead to support renewed life, evolution and growth within workplaces. We develop internal capacity in a non-intrusive way. We work as catalytic agents - not to cause change, but to influence its' direction. Rather than looking at new ways of thinking or change as a "boulder" that we must push with great force, we prefer to use the metaphor of sailing "using the force of the wind to take us where we want to go". We work to change the consciousness of the people leading and working in the organization, thus leaving behind a "powerful force" - new capacity for ongoing growth and evolution. |
