Rather, life at work can be experienced as rewarding, life sustaining, successful, and deeply respectful of everyone's contribution. Our experience and contribution flows from our history as senior executives, hands-on managers, organizational advisers, entrepreneurs and business owners - at both national and provincial levels in Canada. We have a unique blend of training in communication technology - specifically in neuro-linguistic programming and in alternative dispute resolution. We have learned much about leadership development, learning organizations, and understand - at a deep level - organizational transformation. We have participated in and learned from leading edge systems such as Wel-Systems® (Work Environments as Living Systems), and Genuine Contact™(a program to assist leaders and organizations to achieve successful, healthy and balanced organizations. We are highly skilled in process facilitation - including such processes as Open Space Technology, and Whole Person Process Facilitation.
