Our Philosophy:
We believe that organizations must operate from a strong base of integrity - characterized by courageous leadership and followership that nurtures workplace environments where honesty, truthfulness, compassion and respect for individuals and their differences are commonly understood and demonstrated.
We believe that leadership is needed throughout an organization - regardless of level or position. We believe that the most powerful demonstration of leadership is when "leaders - whoever they are - become living expressions of the behaviours they say they expect from others". We thus believe that leadership is far more about who we are, than it is about the position we hold.
We believe that for an organization to be healthy, everyone must have the opportunity to be drawn into alignment with the core purpose, vision and values of the work; and in so doing, come to know who they are as individuals, how they fit in the overall picture of work, and the practical and particular contribution they bring to the organization, and to the larger world.
